Littlemead Holiday Let Terms and Conditions

General
Littlemead is offered for self-catering holiday purposes on a weekly basis Saturday to Saturday subject to the following Terms and Conditions. The property will be made available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Departure on the final day is to be no later than 10 am.

Booking your Holiday
To book guests should either telephone, email or use our website to check availability. Once you have made your provisional reservation, a booking form will be sent to you by post or can be printed from our website. Where a booking is made six weeks or more before the holiday starts a deposit of £50 is payable. The balance is payable not later than six weeks before your arrival date. If your holiday begins less than six weeks from the time of booking the full balance is payable. Directions and details regarding the collection of keys are issued on receipt of the final payment.

Short Breaks
Short breaks can be booked from November to March (minimum of 3 nights) and subject to availability at other times. Please enquire for details

Discounts
Previous guests are entitled to a 10% discount.

Refundable deposit
A refundable deposit of £50 is required at time of balance payment to cover damage or breakage, which will be returned by post within 7 days of departure subject to the accommodation being left in a satisfactory condition.

Availability
If for whatever reason the property cannot be made available for the period booked due to events beyond our control and we are forced to cancel the booking, the whole of any payment will be refunded. You will have no further claim against us.

Cancellation
Please note that, once a booking has been confirmed, you are liable for the whole cost of the holiday. We always advise that you take out cancellation/curtailment insurance. However, in the event, we will always endeavour to re-let the property and if successful will refund the amount recouped less any administration charge of up to 10% depending upon the circumstance. It is important that cancellations are communicated to us by email or telephone and confirmed in writing.

Furnishings
Bedding, towels, linens & cooking utensils are all provided. Electricity is included.

Pets
Generally, pets are most welcome at Littlemead subject to our prior agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure pets are kept under control at all times. We do not provide bedding/towels for pets.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Complaints
We take care to prepare the property so our visitors have an enjoyable stay and would request it be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure. If a problem arises or something gets broken we would really appreciate it if you would let us know straight away to give us the opportunity to remedy it.

Payment
Payment can currently only be made by cheque.
