The accommodation is situated in a detached garage beside a detached bungalow. It is comfortable and in immaculate order throughout. Sleeps two people. Up to two pets are allowed.

Ideally situated in the small hamlet of Landford Wood with easy access by car to the New Forest (2 minutes), Salisbury (15 minutes), Southampton (20 minutes), south coast beaches (30-40 minutes). There is a pleasant outlook over gardens and open fields. The property is set off road and has ample parking. A paddock is available for exercising dogs. Littlemead is right on the edge of The New Forest. The actual edge of the New Forest being five meters away on the opposite side of the lane.

There are several restaurants and country pubs in and around the surrounding villages. Two pubs can be walked to very easily. A local shop is open seven days a week stocking bread, milk and papers etc. The village also has a small Post Office. The neighbouring village of West Wellow has a minimarket and a butcher.

Offroad parking, secure parking for motorbikes (prior notice please)

Electricity is included, bedding and towels are provided.

THE ACCOMMODATION

This comfortable acommodation with it's own entrance is set apart from the owners home.
The downstairs area contains a small kitchen which is well equipped and includes a microwave, cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, and ample storage.
The lounge area is on the first floor and has a TV, comfortable lounge suite and double bed. There is a futon which may be opened out to form a second bed. An En-suite shower room is off the lounge area. There is a small patio area for your own use.

Directions: "Route from the M27" From the M27 take junction 2 and follow the A36 towards Salisbury for approx 5 miles. You will pass through Wellow and Plaitford and pass the Golden Acres Nursery on the left hand side, then after approx 200 yds Stock Lane will be found on the right hand side. Stock Lane is somewhat horseshoe shaped and this entrance is the far end to the property. Proceed for a further 500 yards and take the next junction on the right to Stock Lane and Landford Wood. Littlemead is the first property on the right hand side.

"From Salisbury" follow the A36 towards Southampton. After approx 11 miles Stock Lane is on the left hand side. Take the left and Littlemead is the first property on the right hand side.

There are stairs so unfortunately disabled access is limited.
